Body language is a form of non-verbal communication that relies on physical behaviors such as gestures, facial expressions, and posture.

It complements verbal communication and can significantly impact how our message is perceived. Presence, on the other hand, refers to a strong and confident demeanor that commands attention. When combined, body language and presence can enhance our credibility, build rapport, and leave a lasting impression. Effective body language involves maintaining eye contact, using open gestures, and having a confident posture.
